Step Up Institute on a regular basis conducts personality
development programs for its students to make them knowledgeable about how they
need to present themselves when they enter the Corporate Industry.
Step Up Group is also in collaboration with some government
and private organizations for conducting personality development and training
programs for their employees, which in turn helps in increasing their
motivation and efficiency, which is always helpful for the organization.
Various activities are included in our PDPs, such as:

Public speaking
(b)
Management games
(c)
Group discussions
(d)
Guest lecture from Motivation Gurus.
Various other activities are also included in the programs
depending on the time schedule and the number of candidates participating in
the programs.
