Step Up Institute on a regular basis conducts personality development programs for its students to make them knowledgeable about how they need to present themselves when they enter the Corporate Industry.

Step Up Group is also in collaboration with some government and private organizations for conducting personality development and training programs for their employees, which in turn helps in increasing their motivation and efficiency, which is always helpful for the organization.

Various activities are included in our PDPs, such as:

(a)    Public speaking

(b)   Management games

(c)    Group discussions

(d)   Guest lecture from Motivation Gurus.

Various other activities are also included in the programs depending on the time schedule and the number of candidates participating in the programs.

What after 12^th?

This one question has been faced by almost all of us at one stage of time and our parents have always played an important role with us while finding an answer to this question. The answer to this question is the base of our career and it paves the path for our successful and happy life. The basic consideration on which the answer depends is the amount of earning that a person can make if he joins a certain course after his 12^th.

But in modern times, it is seen that nowadays students want to earn money but also do something which can excites them and they enjoy it. In simple words, it means that they want to follow their heart and don’t want to join any course just because it pays well.

In this quest of finding the right career path for them, students sometimes get confused and they found it difficult to choose right path.

This is where, we can help the students, as our team comprises of MBAs, CAs, Bankers, IT experts and we also keep ourselves update with the changing job market trends, and this helps us in providing right career advice to the concerned student as per his interests and aim for life.
